working principles:
CCP series anti-corona sealing dust removal power supply has the natural advantage of high-voltage DC pulse power supply. The effect is more efficient and effective than superimposed or compound pulse power supply. Its working voltage level is high, the rising rate of pulse voltage is about 63kV/us, and the rising rate of pulse current is about 90mA/us, which can quickly increase the working voltage and corona current, prevent the occurrence of back corona phenomenon, and at the same time, the instantaneous high-strength electric field voltage generated by the high-frequency narrow pulse power supply is as high as 1.6 times the rated voltage, which can break through the corona sealing and completely solve the problem of corona blocking. It is suitable for iron and steel metallurgical industry prone to corona sealing.
