In recent three years, Plasma Sintering (SPS) has been deeply studied in China, and many enterprises in the industry began to introduce SPS system, but in the experimental application found that supporting SPS sintering power source has its limitations.

So far, many power supply manufacturers have developed and launched the high-frequency pulse power supply, but it is difficult to maintain the high-frequency pulse within the range of 80-100KHz for a long time of the experiment. Recently, the domestic SPS relatively successful manufacturers have emerged, such as Foshan Noah Electrical Co., Ltd., making 80-100 kHz SPS. Please allow us to introduce the SPS parameters, theory, effects and application.

Output DC impulse frequency: 90kHz≤f0≤120kHz.


Test results:

It can control multiple groups of working voltage, current, frequency, pulse width and fixed working time. And it has protection function of input undervoltage, output overvoltage, overheat and short circuit, etc. It can realize 80-100K Hz high-frequency pulse without additional support.

High power microwave transmission environment: power capacity is more than 2MW, operating environment temperature -5℃~50℃.  

Load working conditions: vacuum pressure ≤13(Pa).
